De opdracht was dat we een culturele dag zouden organiseren in tweetallen voor 5 scholieren.

The assignment was that we would organize a cultural day in pairs for 5 schoolchildren.
Stap 1: Kennismakingsformulieren. Hier moesten we onze interesses opschrijven en werden we door KCR gekoppeld aan onze scholieren.
Stap 2: Kennismaking met de scholieren. Dit deden we in het Theater Zuid Rotterdam. Hier zijn we door middel van een enorm vel papier en stickers erachter gekomen wat de scholieren wel en niet leuk vonden.
Stap 3: Planning maken en goedkeuring KCR. Hierbij contact opgenomen met verschillende muziekstudio's en met school. We hebben goedkeuring gekregen en we mochten dus het plan uitvoeren!
Stap 4: De dag zelf :)

Step 1: Introduction forms. Here we had to write down our interests and were paired by KCR with our scholars.
Step 2: Meeting the students. We did this at the Theater Zuid Rotterdam. Here we used a huge sheet of paper and stickers to find out what the students liked and what they did not like.
Step 3: Planning and approval by KCR. Here we contacted several music studios and school. We got approval and we were allowed to execute the plan!

Feedback docenten:
Alle meemaakgroepjes zijn goed verlopen en hebben de vakoverstijgende doelen bereikt. Namelijk dat referentiekaders verbreed en toekomstperspectief aangereikt zijn aan deze jonge mensen. Mooi aan het meemakers concept is dat persoonsvorming en socialisatie voorop staan i.p.v. kwalificatie (wat moet je kunnen en kennen).
Feedback teachers:
All the experience groups went well and achieved the cross-curricular goals. Namely that frames of reference were broadened and future perspectives were offered to these young people. What is nice about the meemakers concept is that personal development and socialization are paramount, rather than qualification (what you must be able to do and know).
